The company Campeggio Rivabella Srl, as the data controller, informs you that your data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes:

1. Data Controller.

The company Campeggio Rivabella Srl, with registered office in Lecco, Via alla Spiaggia n. 35, VAT number 01558270136 is the Data Controller and therefore is responsible for the data you provide. The subjects authorized to process the data are Mr. Alberto Malzanni and Mr. Alessandro Malzanni.

2. Object and purpose of the treatment.

The owner processes the personal data (name, surname, date of birth, residence, identification document details and a copy of the same) provided by you at the time of check-in.
The personal data you provide will be processed solely for purposes connected with a legal obligation, ie the electronic sending of the so-called "housed cards", pursuant to art. 109 of the TULPS In fact, in accordance with the aforementioned rule, the managers of accommodation facilities, including those that provide accommodation in tents, campers or caravans, are obliged to communicate the arrival of the people housed daily to the Police Headquarters.

3. Legal basis of the processing and consequences of failure to communicate the data.

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2 is mandatory. Failure to provide personal data will make it impossible to stay at the Rivabella Campsite. In fact, the latter is required, pursuant to art. 109 TULPS, to give accommodation exclusively to people with an identity card or other suitable document to certify their identity.

4. Data recipients.

Your personal data will be disclosed to third parties, for technical and operational needs strictly related to the purposes set out above and in particular to public authorities and administrations for the purposes related to the fulfillment of legal obligations or to subjects entitled to access it by virtue of provisions of law, regulations, community regulations.

5. Processing methods.

The processing of your personal data will be carried out both by means of paper and computer archives (including portable devices), with organization and processing logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical measures provided for by the provisions in force.

6. Data retention.

Your personal data, processed for the purposes indicated above, will be kept for the period of stay within the accommodation facility and will therefore be deleted / destroyed at the time of check-out.

7. Transfer of data abroad.

Your personal data are not transferred either to countries of the European Union or to third countries.

8. Profiling and dissemination of data.

Your personal data are not subject to disclosure or to any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling.

9. Rights of the interested party.

As required by EU Reg. No. 679/2016, you can, at any time:

* ask the data controller to access your personal data and information relating to them;

* ask the data controller to correct inaccurate data or integrate incomplete ones;

* request the data controller to delete your personal data;

* request the limitation of the processing of your personal data;

* request and obtain from the professional - in the event that the legal basis of the processing is the contract and the same is carried out by automated means - that your personal data be stored in a structured and readable format by automatic devices, also in order to communicate such data to any other data controller (so-called right to the portability of personal data);

* object at any time to the processing of your personal data in the event of particular situations concerning you;

* propose a complaint to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data - www.garanteprivacy.it).
